Laura holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance with high distinction from Penn State University’s School of Music. She is an active member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing. Among her vocal teachers are Dr. Norman Spivey and Bronwyn Fix-Keller. Ms. Muscelli studied in Milan, Italy where she performed as a soloist and studied Italian music with Patrizia Zanardi and opera critic, Enrico Girardi. While a classically trained singer, Laura has performed a variety of genres ranging from musical theater to opera to folk music. Her unique background has molded her method of teaching singing, which combines classical technique with modern repertoire. Ms. Muscelli has taught singers that have placed at the Celtic Fling Feis, finalists for the regional Fine Arts Festival, and have been signed to talent agencies. It is her mission to make singing a fun and personally fulfilling experience for each of her students.
