Laura Muscelli
Laura holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance with high distinction from the Shreyer Honors College and Penn State University’s School of Music. Her vocal teachers include the Dr. Norman Spivey and Bronwyn Fix-Keller. In addition to studies in the United States, Laura received a grant to study vocal performance in Milan, Italy where she sang with the Civici Coro di Milano and studied with Patrizia Zanardi. Her post-graduate studies include the Vocal Pedagogy Institute at Westminster Choir College, and teacher training on the principals and philosophies of the Suzuki Method at Ithaca College.

While Laura is a classically trained singer, she primarily teaches Musical Theater and contemporary music. She has developed curriculum and taught a variety of group singing classes, including programs about Broadway music, popular contemporary music, Disney favorites and seasonal music.

In addition to teaching at Ambler Music Academy, Laura is the Music Director for St. Thomas' Preschool in Whitemarsh, and has worked at Germantown Academy as private voice teacher. Laura is an active member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing.

Laura's students' accomplishments include singing in PMEA District, Regional and All-State Chorus Festivals, studying Musical Theater and Music at collegiate music programs (both in the United States and abroad), being finalists at the National Fine Arts Festival, singing at Carnegie Hall, and being cast at leads in school productions and community theater companies.
